At World’s End adds a Hobbit, a Hottie, a Holmes-y, and, erm, Paddy

Highly hankered-for Simon Pegg/Nick Frost/Edgar Wright reunion “At World’s End” has fattened up it’s supporting cast with some brilliantly capable thesps.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, director Wright has enlisted Martin Freeman (”The Hobbit”), Paddy Considine (”The Bourne Ultimatum”), Eddie Marsan (”Sherlock Holmes”) and Rosamund Pike (”Jack Reacher”) to play parts in the Big Talk/Working Title collaboration.

The laffer fixes on “five childhood friends who reunite at adults to try an epic bar hop again, starting at the World’s End hostelry. As they attempt to reconcile the past and present, they realize the real struggle is for the future, not just theirs, but humankind’s.”

This “World’s End” apparently had the good sense to nix the Davy Jones cameo, too. Win!
