Bond aims for London Has Fallen

Fredrik Bond may direct the sequel to last year’s “Olympus Has Fallen”.

The director is in negotiations to helm “London Has Fallen”, writes The Hollywood Reporter, for returning stars Gerard Butler, Aaron Eckhart and Morgan Freeman to appear in.

Christian Gudegast, Creighton Rothenberger and Katrin Benedikt are writing the script that sees the three main characters caught in the middle of a plot to kill all the world leaders who are in attendance at the funeral of the British prime minister.

The film, from Focus Features and Millennium Films, will be produced by Butler, Alan Siegel, Mark Gill and Matt O’Toole.
