Charlize Theron is set to star in “Tully”, an upcoming comedy that will see the star reunite with her “Young Adult” team of director Jason Reitman and screenwriter Diablo Cody.

Bron Studios and Sierra/Affinity have just boarded the project.

In “Tully”, Theron will play Marlo, a mother of three including a newborn, who is gifted a night nanny by her brother. Hesitant to the extravagance at first, Marlo comes to form a unique bond with the thoughtful, surprising, and sometimes challenging young nanny named Tully.

Bron’s managing director Aaron L. Gilbert will produce with Reitman and Helen Estabrook of Right of Way Productions; along with Cody and Mason Novick; and Theron, AJ Dix and Beth Kono of Denver & Delilah Productions; in association with Creative Wealth Media Finance, whose Jason Cloth serves as executive producer.
