Deadline reveal today that the veteran actress is in discussion with Warner Bros TV to host a new talk show for 2017.

Barrymore, son to be seen in the Netflix’s “Santa Clarita Diet”, has a solid relationship with WBTV. She will narrate NBC’s “First Dates”, the docuseries that looks at multiple real first dates happening over one night at the same Chicago restaurant.

The talk show would be produced by Warner-based Shed Media, and Elen DeGeneres’ WBTV-based A Very Good Production.
