Greta Gerwig has come on board Natalie Portman starer “Jackie”, a drama about former first lady Jackie Kennedy.
Peter Sarsgaard recently joined the cast as Robert Kennedy, and, according to Variety, Gerwig will play one of Jackie Kennedy’s aides.
Portman stars in the titular role as the film follows the first four days in Jackie Kennedy’s life after her husband President John. F. Kennedy’s assassination.
Pablo Larrain is directing the film and Darren Aronofsky is producing with Scott Franklin of Protozoa Pictures and Juan de Dios Larrain of Chile’s Fabula.
