Robert Pattinson will star in “The Childhood of a Leader”, an upcoming drama helmed by Brady Corbet, reports Variety.
Pattinson will reteam with “Cosmopolis” co-star Juliette Binoche for the project along with Tim Roth of “Lie to Me”.
As the title suggests, the film will follow the childhood of a post-WWI leader.
“The Childhood of a Leader” will be Corbet’s feature directorial debut. The actor/director received an honourable mention at Sundance in 2009 for his short film “Protect You + Me”.
It is hoped that production will get underway in May, with the filming to begin in Europe.
Corbet co-wrote the script with Mona Fastvold.
Antoine and Martine de Clermont-Tonnere, Chris Coen and Amour Fou will produce.
