Showrunner departs as House Of Cards is renewed for season 5

Netflix has renewed hit drama “House of Cards” for a fifth season next year, but series creator and showrunner Beau Willimon is set to leave the show.

Willimon said it was time to “move on” after five years with the show.

Star Kevin Spacey is on board to return for the fifth season as Frank Underwood.

You can catch the season 4 premiere of “House of Cards” on March 4.
