Last Summer director knows what he’s doing next Fall

“I Know What You Did Last Summer” helmer Jim Gillespie will make his return to the thriller genre with “Take Down”, ”a story about a group of rich youngsters trying to defeat criminals who are to abduct them from far-flung boarding school” tells The Hollywood Reporter.

Alexander Ignon (“Ransom”) wrote the script for the film, which is eyeing a shoot in Britain in the fall.

The producers, say the trade, are envisioning “Take Down” to be the first in a franchise, and have already started writing a sequel.
