Oh Pooh, this one’s going to be live-action, too!

A live-action version of “Winnie the Pooh” is in the works at Disney, reports Deadline.

Alex Ross Perry (“Listen Up Phillip”) will direct the film, which will fix on a grown-up Christopher Robin reuniting with his childhood friends.

Disney seem intent on deducing the amount of animated films they do, even going so far as to make their current crop of fairytale movies and classic reduxes – “Beauty and the Beast”, “Dumbo”, “Mulan” and so on – all live-action.
