One of the Flatliners gang has The Ticket

“Fargo” star Oliver Platt will star opposite “Downton Abbey’s” Dan Stevens in “The Ticket”.

Malin Akerman and Ketty Bishé also star in the film from writer and director Ido Fluk about James (Stevens), a blind man who regains his sight only to be blinded by his obsession with the superficial.

Platt will play Bob, the also blind best friend and colleague of James. When James’ vision returns, Bob finds the friendship is strained.

Producers are Lawrence Inglee and Oren Moverman for Inglee’s Blackbird Films with Rush River’s Bill Walton and Matt Malek. Dale Brown of Cave Films and Initiate’s Nick Byasse are exec producing.
