Singer on the rumoured X-Men/Fantastic Four crossover

Speaking to Yahoo Movies, “X-Men : Apocalypse” director Bryan Singer essentially confirmed rumours that Fox are considering a crossover between Singer’s “X-Men” franchise and Josh Tranks’ “Fantastic Four” redux.

While that’s all well and good, how would the X-Men and Fantastic Four even meet? After all, aren’t they separated by about thirty years or so?

“It deals with time. That’s all I’m going to say” Singer tells the outlet.

But, of course, the crossover isn’t a sure thing until the studio sees how “Fantastic Four” and “X-Men : Apocalypse” perform at the box office.

“We’ll have to see how the films turn out. To just say you’re going to do it would be a mistake, you have to see how the films evolve before you make that decision to completely commit to that.”
