– 35 high-res images from “Friday the 13th” are up for grabs at Bloody Disgusting.

– The trailer for “Chocolate”, Directed by Prachya Pinkaew known for his hit films ”Ong-Bak” and ”Tom Yum Goong” (”The Protector”), is up at IGN

– Three bits of “Scott Pilgrim Vs. the World” casting news today : Kieran Culkin (“Igby Goes Down”) will be the title character’s gay roommate, Wallace, according to HitFix, Aint it Cool News adds that Chris Evans (“Street Kings”) will play skateboarder/movie star Lucas Lee in the film, and Empire Online reported that Ellen Wong has been cast as Knives Chau.

– Fox are are doing “extensive reshoots” on “X-Men Origins : Wolverine”, according to Steve at Collider. Instead of heading back to oz to do them, they’ll do the new stuff in Vancouver.

– Terry Gilliam is back at work on “The Man who Killed Don Quixote”, you’ll recall the flick – starring Johnny Depp – collapsed under it’s own weight back in 2000. The filmmaker says “the film will be better seven years later. It will have matured a bit longer.”

– ABC has released two more promo’s for the upcoming fifth season of “Lost” – which may help answer the question of ‘Where did the people on the Island go?’ – which you can view here.

– Emma Stone (“Superbad”, TVs “Drive”) has joined the cast of “Zombieland”, starring Woody Harrelson. The pic centers on a band of survivors who team to fight the living dead in the post-apocalyptic Southwest.

– Amy Ryan (“Gone Baby Gone”) has joined Philip Seymour Hoffman’s directorial debut “Jack Goes Boating”, which tells of two misfits in the Big Apple.

– Justin Louis, David Blue, Brian J. Smith and Jamil Walker Smith will join the cast of the highly anticipated new original series “Stargate Universe”, according to Coming Soon. Robert Carlyle (“24 : Redemption”) headlines the series.

– Columbia won an auction late Thursday for screen rights to “Foundation,” Isaac Asimov’s ground breaking science fiction trilogy. The film will be developed as a directing vehicle for Roland Emmerich.

Fox wants to pair Steve Carell with Tina Fey in “Date Night,” a comedy that Shawn Levy will direct.
WB was in a position to block that, because it held an option on Carell for a “Get Smart” sequel that it could have used to ruin Fox’s “Date Night” dreams – but WB agreed to push “Get Smart 2” to spring 2010.

– According to Collider, John Cleese is taking “A Fish Called Wanda” to the stage. It will debut in San Diego.

– Today’s “Twilight” update : The character of Leah Clearwater will not be in “New Moon”. Meanwhile, directors Juan Antonio Bayona (“The Orphanage”) and James Mangold (“3:10 to Yuma,” “Identitiy”) are said to be up for the directing job on “Eclipse”.

Sounds like Brett Ratner won’t be directing the remake of “Conan the Barbarian” after all. Yes, proof there is a God!

– After months of negotiations, “Mad Men” creator and exec producer Matthew Weiner has cut a two-year deal with Lionsgate TV that will keep him at the helm of his Emmy-winning AMC drama.

IESB has some details on which cinemas you’ll be able to see “Fanboys” in come Feb 6. It’ll be a limited release, and if it hits big, will go wide later.
