Someone’s transferring from Chicago Hope

TV Doc scrubs in for “Grey’s Anatomy”

Big Hector Elizondo fan (yep, just like Garry Marshall), and just as big a fan of the 90s hospital drama “Chicago Hope” (still waiting for that sixth and final season… go figure), so stoked to hear that the veteran actor is scrubbing in again.

Elizondo (who most probably known as the kindly hotel manager in “Pretty Woman”) will guest-star on “Grey’s Anatomy”, as Callie’s father.

His first episode, “My favourite mistake”, has yet to receive an airdate.

Now if only someone can find Jayne Brook and Roxanne Hart and give them full-time gigs – not that Elizondo’s guest stint is likely to lead to anything more at this stage – the “Hope” club will be happy.

Anthony Hopkins to play Alfred Hitchcock?
