Mark Hamill has let slip a Solo cameo

Don’t read any further if you want to walk into “Star Wars” prequel pic “Solo” fresh… without any knowledge of who or what you’re about to see.

Mark Hamill, while speaking on the Cape Up Podcast, seemingly let slip the name of one of the classic cameos we’ll see in Ron Howard’s spacely stand-alone pic.  While it’s no surprise that this person appears, it’s definitely new news.

“[Anthony] Daniels was so happy, ‘cause he’s in every single ‘Star Wars’ movie. Every single one. All the prequels, he’s in ‘Rogue One,’ he’s in ‘Solo’… Whoops! I hope that’s not — erm… but anyway, he’s in every single ‘Star Wars’ movie. That’s not such a reveal — all ‘Star War’s fans expect him to be in every movie.”

Spoiler? sure…but he’s right – Daniels’ C-3P0 has appeared in every “Star Wars” movie, alongside counterpart R2D2, so we’re all expecting to see these two anyway.

“Solo : A Star Wars Story” hits theaters May 25.
