Hanks as Fred Rogers will brighten up your day!

Sony has shared the first look at Tom Hanks in the untitled Fred Rogers biopic – and he looks fantastic, right!?

Director Marielle Heller (‘The Diary of a Teenage Girl’) directs the film, a Micah Fitzerman-Blue and Noah Harpster study of the beloved TV host.

Rogers, who died in 2003, was the subject of the recent doc ”Won’t You Be My Neighbor?”, which premiered at this year’s Sundance Film Festival.
