“Captain Marvel” star Brie Larson is finalizing a deal to star in Charlie Kaufman’s new film “I’m thinking of Ending Things”, reports Deadline.
The film, which will air on Netflix, is based on an Iain Reid novel about Jake, who is on a road trip to meet his parents on their secluded farm with his girlfriend (Larson), who is thinking of ending things. When Jake makes an unexpected detour leaving her stranded, a twisted mix of palpable tension, psychological frailty and sheer terror ensues.
“Being John Malkovich” and “Adaptation” helmer Kaufman, who is adapting and directing, will also produce.
“Captain Marvel”, the big Marvel release that Larson headlines, is said to be premiering it’s trailer tonight.
