Casey to play the big bad of Ghostbusters

“Saturday Night Live” alum Neil Casey will play the villain in Paul Feig’s “Ghostbusters” reboot, Deadline reported today.

Details on who the writer-actor – who’ll join fellow “SNL” alumni Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon and Leslie Jones in the 2016 film – will be playing are being kept under wraps. If memory serves me right, Feig was originally chasing “Game of Thrones” star Peter Dinklage for the bad guy role in the film – he mustn’t have been available.

In addition to the aforesaid Wiig, McKinnon, and Jones, “Ghostbusters” stars Melissa McCarthy, Chris Hemsworth, Andy Garcia, Cicely Tyson, and Michael Kenneth Williams.
