Looks like “Star Trek 4” is on it’s way (though, considering “Star Trek 3” only just went into production this week and is not scheduled to release until July 2016, the fourth installment won’t arrive for a while).
According to The Hollywood Reporter, stars Chris Pine and Zachary Quinto have been offered the big bucks to return for the fourth “Star Trek” film.
Pine and Quinto are the only members of the cast who have been offered fourth film deals so far, with co-stars Zoe Saldana, Karl Urban, Simon Pegg, Anton Yelchin and John Cho not signing any sequel options. That said, should the fourth film get the official go-ahead, those actors could then score their own deals.
