Dan Aykroyd is officially set to make an appearance in the new “Ghostbusters” film.
Aykroyd tweeted his involvement in the film on Tuesday. The tweet was deleted almost two hours later, but EW has since got confirmation from his reps.
We don’t ofiicially know who the “Ghostbusters” veteran will play in the new flick, though a source has told Indie Revolver he “is cameoing as a Cabbie in the new film and that he was on set filming his scene last night. The scene featured Kristen Wiig attempting to hail Aykroyd’s cab. Aykroyd throws out the iconic line, “I ain’t afraid of no ghosts.” And drives away with Wiig yelling something along the lines of “That’s a double negative! That means you are afraid of ghosts!”
Stay tuned for an officially confirmation.
