Donnie Yen has signed for “Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon II” : The Green Destiny”, Deadline reported today.
Woo-ping Yuen is directing the film, based on a John Fusco script.
Yen has been attached to the film for quite some time, even appearing at a Cannes panel for the film at the film festival in May 2013.
Yen joins Michelle Yeoh for the actioner, which begins filming in New Zealand in May.
