Jack Huston wanted for The Crow remake

“Boardwalk Empire” star Jack Huston is in early talks to star in director Corin Hardy’s “The Crow” remake.

Relativity Studios reportedly want Huston for the lead role of Eric Draven, originally played by Brandon Lee. Whether Husten wants it is another matter.

The film is a remake of the 1994 adaptation of the James O’Barr graphic novel about a murdered man who comes back for revenge.

Production will kick off in the spring with Cornin helming from Cliff Dorfman’s script.

Producers are Edward R. Pressman, Kevin Misher, Relativity’s Ryan Kavanaugh, Jeff Most and Jeff Waxman. Exec producers are Tucker Tooley, Bob and Harvey Weinstein and Dan Farah.
