‘Teru’ from The Legend of Chuck Norris fansite dropped us a line this morning to share some plot points he’s secured for the upcoming “Expendables” sequel. Interestingly enough, since the film features Norris, the first act of the film sounds like a homage to “Missing in Action”.
According to the Lone Wolf McQuade fans over there, the film begins with Stallone setting out to rescue Schwarzenegger. Yep, you heard right.
The info came from a Japanese magazine in which Dolph Lundgren answered several questions on the film’s plot and punch-ups.

“The Expendables 2” begins in the scene rescuing Trench(Arnold Schwarzenegger) which became a captive in Burma.
Agent Church (Bruce Willis) forces the Expendables to do an new mission afterwards.
There are Arnold Schwarzenegger, Bruce Willis and the scene where Chuck Norris is together.
Jean-Claude Van Damme is villain. a position of Steve Austin in “The Expendables Part 1”.
Scot Adkins is a villain, too.An action scene and the conversation scenes of comedy-like actors increase, too.
So it sounds like, though I could be wrong, Schwarzenegger only appears in the films opening sequence? So while it’s a bigger part than he played in the original “Expendables”, Schwarzenegger’s not really involved in the film’s main plot? Guess we will all find out next Summer…
