Keira Knightley going "Jurassic"?

Talking of sequels we really don’t need…then again, I’ll be there for "Jurassic Park 4", no qualms about it. Joe Johnston did a great job with "Jurassic Park 3", proving – in many ways – he could direct the worthy "Jurassic" follow-up that Spielberg himself couldn’t. If they can make something even half as fun, half as thrilling as that third instalment, bring it on I say.

Counting Down reports that one of screen’s rising young starlets – and a co-star of the forthcoming "Pirates of the Caribbean" – is in talks to saddle up for the dino adventure.

I was one of the many tireless runners lucky enough to be working on the set of Pirates of the Caribbean. Shooting was completed several weeks ago, and I wanted to share a little bit of goss that I was privy to. As you may or may not be aware, some of ‘Pirates’ was filmed in Los Angeles, California. While we were there, Keira Knightley took half a day off to meet with Steven Spielberg and Kathleen Kennedy. Word going around the set was that she is being considered for a role in the upcoming Jurassic Park film, and that Spielberg just wanted to have a casual meeting with her first. Keira later confirmed that the meeting was indeed regarding JPIV, and she might play the granddaughter of the Richard Attenborough character. She said there was no actual agreement made, but Spielberg definitely has her under consideration. That’s all I have! Don’t forget to check out Pirates of the Caribbean, will you? Trust me, you’ll love it. 😉

Thanks to ‘Clinton Kardi’ for the heads up.
