Earlier today we reported that Jena Malone was in the mix for a role in “The Hunger Games : Catching Fire”, now the second bit of casting news for today in relation to Lionsgate’s highly-anticipated sequel.
Kevin Nash, the wrestler cum actor whose film credits include “The Punisher” and “Rock of Ages” (he played Stacee Jaxx’s bodyguard), is playing an unspecified role in the Francis Lawrence directed film.
Nash tells USA Today :
“I just pray it’s recurring, that he doesn’t get killed,” Nash said.
Online scuttlebutt suggest Nash is playing burly champ Brutus.
