New sci-fi thriller “Paradise Hills” has acquired the services of Milla Jovovich, Jeremy Irvine and Awkwafina. The trio join already-cast Emma Roberts, Eiza Gonzalez, and Danielle Macdonald in the film, which is currently shooting in Spain under the director of Alice Waddington.
Per Deadline, the pic is set in the not-too-distant future and follows Uma (Roberts), who wakes up one morning in Paradise Hills, a high-class treatment facility on an isolated island where well-off families send their daughters to be reformed.
Nacho Vigalondo and Brian Deleeuw co-wrote the script based on an original idea from Waddington and Sofia Cuenca.
