Rose joins Lohan for I Know movie

YouTube celebrity lands movie role

Seriously thinking about uploading that video of me, filmed when I was about 12, clashing bamboo sticks with another fellow roughian – as if we were the sprightly descendants of the Skywalker clan. Heck, could snag myself a role in the next “Star Wars” movie?!

Worked for YouTube celebrity LonelyGirl 15.

According to The New Zealand Herald, Jessica Rose, a 19-year-old that’s lured millions to her captivating video blog, has landed a role in the new Lindsay Lohan film “I Know Who Killed Me”.

“I filmed my first scenes not long ago and was introduced to Lindsay, and from what I saw she is not how the press portrays her. In my opinion she seemed very sweet and funny and absolutely beautiful!”, Rose told readers on her MySpace page. “Anyway, I am also going to be starring in the movie The Perfect Sport and I believe it’ll be out by the end of 07 but thats not a promise!”

You may recall the whole ruckus about the Lonelygirl15 YouTube page.Ya see, Initially, we were supposed to believe that the page belonged to home-schooled teenager named “Bree” (a 15-year-old). Bree was initially portrayed as being a real person, and vented on topics such as her life in a small town, boy dilemmas and her troubled relationship with her parents. But thanks to a group of web sleuths, she was eventually outed as a phoney; Bree was in fact the creation of two Californian film-makers – and Rose, an actress.

In addition to her YouTube stint, Rose worked as a make-up artist on Peter Jackson’s “King Kong”, as well as on TV’s “Hercules”.

GeekSugar has pics of Lohan and Rose on the set of “I Know Who Killed Me”, which tells of a young woman who is rescued after being abducted and tortured by a serial killer.
