Sophie Cookson will join Naomi Watts in Netflix’s psychological thriller “Gypsy”.
“Gypsy” follows therapist Jean Holloway (Watts), who develops dangerous and intimate relationships with the people in her patients’ lives.
Billy Crudup is also in the cast as Jean’s wife.
Written by Lisa Rubin, the show consists of 10 one-hour episodes which will premiere in 2017. “Fifty Shade of Grey” director Sam Taylor-Johnson is directing the first two episodes of the series.
