If you liked the trailer, you’ll love this: plans for a sequel to “Spider-Man: Homecoming” are already in the works with the film slated for release in 2019.
Sony will release the film on July 5, 2019, and as a result the studio’s “Bad Boys 4” has been moved to May 24, 2019 (the third “Bad Boys” movie, titled “Bad Boys For Life”, is still slated for January 12, 2018).
Jon Watts is directing “Spider-Man: Homecoming” which stars Tom Holland in the title role. Robert Downey Jr. and Michael Keaton co-star as Tony Stark and the Vulture, respectively.
The film set to open on July 7, 2017.
