The trailer for “Friends with Kids”, re-teaming “Bridesmaids” duo Kristen Wiig and Jon Hamm is online.
I’ve already seen the movie and I have to say up front that if you’re expecting some rowdy, crude “Bridesmaids” style comedy you’re shit-outta-luck. If, however, you’re after something a little wittier, and a film that mirrors real-life, then this is the film for you. Aside from Wiig and Hamm it features Adam Scott, Maya Rudolph, Chris O’Dowd, Megan Fox and Edward Burns. I don’t think the film will do anywhere near the business “Bridesmaids” did, just because it isn’t as broadly appealing, but it is worth a look when it hits cinemas.
The movie stars Jennifer Westfeldt and Scott as two besties that decide to have a baby together, thinking they’ll bypass all the stress that couples encounter later as a result of welcoming a new member into their household.
