Amy Adams & Jake Gyllenhaal in line for Nocturnal Animals

Amy Adams and Jake Gyllenhaal are in line to star in fashion designer/director Tom Ford’s “Nocturnal Animals”.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Adams is in talks to star opposite Gyllenhaall in the adaptation of Austin Wright’s 1993 novel “Tony and Susan”.

It’s also been reported that Joaquin Phoenix and Aaron Taylor-Johnson are too wanted for lead roles.

The story follows Susan, who receives a book manuscript from her ex-husband, a man she left 20 years earlier, about a man whose family vacation turns violent and deadly. She finds herself recalling her first marriage and confronting some dark truths about herself.
