Production has commenced on the sequel to Australian sports drama “A Second Chance”.
Writer-director Clay Green returns along with actors Emily Morris, reprising her role as Maddy Cornell, Nina Pearce (Kate), Adam Tuominen (Shane) and Carmel Johnson (Beverly).
2011’s “A Second Chance” told of a young girl (Maddy Cornell) and her coach as they overcome adversity to make their way into the National Australian Gymnastics Squad.
Lensing in South Australia,”A Second Chance Too” sees Maddy, now coaching, leading a group of young gymnasts towards the national championships.
The film is expected to release sometime later this year.
