STX has greenlit a spin-off of “Bad Moms”, the female-led laffer that hit earlier this year, snaring somewhere in the vicinity of $170 million at the box office. Further, the shingle will also do a “Bad Moms” TV show, shortform digital content and a consumer products program.
“Bad Dads” will hit theaters July 14, 2017, says The Hollywood Reporter.
No word on whether the ladies of the first – Mila Kunis, Kristen Bell and Kathryn Hahn – will appear in the male-led spin-off.
