Bradley Cooper In Talks For The Lead Role In The Crow

With news hitting last week that Juan Carlos Fresnadillo would be taking over the reboot of the 1994 Brandon Lee Starring cult classic “The Crow”, it would be no shock for us to instantly be slammed with casting rumors.  Now the first may not be a rumor at all.

Gossip-beat vet The Hollywood Reporter is saying that Bradley Cooper is in talks to play the lead role of Eric Draven (yeah, him again; the character Brandon Lee was playing playing in the 1994 original).

It’s been a big couple of years for Cooper; he can be seen in the action thriller “Limitless” and “The Hangover Part II”, which hits theaters May 26. Oh, and there’s also those pesky “Flash” rumors. He’s indeed the new ‘it guy’ and officially the one cast member from “Alias” who has gone onto bigger and better things.

“The Crow” reboot is expected to hit summer of 2012, but no release date has been officially announced.
