Universal Pictures and Working Title have announced “Bridget Jones’ Baby” is set for a US release on September 16, 2016.
Production is currently underway on the film which stars Renée Zellweger, Colin Firth and Patrick Dempsey.
Hugh Grant is not returning to the franchise.
“Bridget Jones’ Diary” director Sharon Maguire returns to helm from a script she co-wrote with David Nicholls.
