Alex Lawther, Bette Midler, AnnaSophia Robb, Ian Nelson and Lorraine Toussaint are also in the cast of the film to be directed by Trudie Styler.

“Freak Show” follows Billy Bloom (Lawther), a cross-dressing teenager who moves to an ultra-conservative high school. He’s determined not to change his outlandish outfits or behavior, taking a stand for outcasts and underdogs everywhere by running for homecoming queen.

Breslin will play Billy’s rival, Cox will play a reporter, Pine and Midler will play Billy’s parents.

Natalie Dormer (“Game of Thrones”) will star in thriller “In Darkness” opposite Ed Skrein and Stacy Martin.

Anthony Byrne will direct from a script he co-wrote with Dormer. Production will kick off early next year.

Dormer will play a blind musician who gets pulled into London’s dark underbelly after she hears a murder committed in the apartment above her. As she gets embroiled in this violent and murky world, it appears she is out of her depth — until it becomes apparent that she has been following her own path of revenge for some time.

Australian Model Jessica Gomes has joined Own Wilson, Ed Helms, J.K. Simmons, Terry Bradshaw, Katt Williams, Ving Rhames and Glenn Close in comedy “Bastards”.

In the film, Wilson and Helms star as brothers whose eccentric mother raised them to believe their father died when they were young. When they discover this to be a lie, they set out to find their real father.

Gomes will play the love interest of Wilson’s character.

“Bastards” will release on November 4, 2016.

Emily Alyn Lind has joined Bella Thorne, Samara Weaving, Judah Lewis, Robbie Amell and Andrew Bachelor in New Line’s horror comedy “The Babysitter”, reports Variety.

Bill Paxton, Colm Feore and Kevin Durand have been cast in “Mean Dreams”, director Nathan Morlando’s thriller starring Sophie Nélisse and Josh Wiggins.

Ryan Grassby and Kevin Coughlin penned the script about a corrupt local cop (Paxton) whose daughter (Nélisse) steals drug money from him and goes on the run with Wiggins’ character as they learn to con, fight and bribe in order to survive.
