Charlize Theron has snapped up Dakota Fanning to star in a film adaptation of the Susannah Cahalan memoir “Brain on Fire: My Month of Madness”.
Theron’s production company Denver and Delilah has landed the rights to the best-seller which follows a young New York Post reporter’s descent into madness. Fanning is set to play Cahalan.
Denver and Delilah’s Beth Kono and AJ Dix will produce along with Theron.
