“Eastbound & Down” co-creators Danny McBride and Jody Hill are reuniting on another series, again at HBO.
“They’re going to take a look at high school,” HBO’s Michael Lombardo said at the TCAs, says Deadline.
Though Lombardo wouldn’t offer any more details on the new series, he did shower “Eastbound & Down” – which is ending after the upcoming fourth season – with praise.
“It was a slow build for us — started slow and built exponentially,” he says.
“Eastbound & Down” returns to the air in September.
