Looks like all that exposure (and then some) on FX’s new hit series “American Horror Story” has done actor Dylan McDermott some good! Apart from creeping us all out in the creepy set house he works on, Deadline reports that McDermott has joined the cast of Jay Roach’s “Dog Fight” with Will Ferrell and Zach Galifianakis.
McDermott will play Tim Wattley, a political consultant who runs the campaign of a candidate from South Carolina. Zach Galifianakis plays the candidate, and Jason Sudeikis reportedly will also star.
Filming will begin in November, with McDermott beginning work in December.
“A Dog Fight” currently has an August 2012 release date planned.
