Bond babe Eva Green (“Casino Royale”) will star opposite Johnny Depp and Jackie Earle Haley in the film adaptation of ’60s series “Dark Shadows”. Tim Burton is directing the star-studded big-screen transfer of the Nixon-era supernatural soap.
According to Deadline, Green is in talks to play Angelique, a witch who has somewhat of a love/hate relationship with Barnabas Collins, played by Depp.
I’m still curious as to why Burton would want to bring “Dark Shadows” to the screen. Is the audience there for it? You guys interested?
