Doesn’t sound like Gal Gadot’s going to be able to take pause from working out anytime soon.
The actress behind the latest all-flesh incarnation of Wonder Woman will be due back on set later this year to reprise her “Batman v Superman” role for the “Wonder Woman” standalone movie.
Deadline says the Michelle MacLaren-directed superhero film – which is rumoured to be set in the ’20s and has Amazonian Princess Diane Prince working superhero shifts in a world that’s still cold on female equality – will likely begin shooting as early as this Fall. The movie isn’t due in theaters until June 23, 2017.
Gadot’s first appearance in the bronze boots is in next year’s aforesaid “Batman v Superman : Dawn of Justice”, starring alongside Ben Affleck as Batman and Henry Cavill as Superman.
