“Game of Thrones” star Liam Cunningham has joined Robert Pattinson and Berenice Bejo starer “The Childhood of a Leader”.
The film centres on an American family settling in the French countryside at the end of WWI. The father is involved in the peace negotiations and his wife is a devoutly Christian stay-at-home mother. Their young son is a defiant seven year-old whose seemingly harmless tantrums begin to demonstrate a monster in the making.
Brady Corbet is making his directorial debut on the film which is currently filming in Hungary.
Chris Coen, Antoine de Clermont-Tonnerre, Helena Danielsson and Istvan Major are producing. Ron Curtis, Brian Young, Aaron L. Gilbert, Michael Sherman, Matthew Perniciaro, and Patrick Murray are executive producing. Genevieve Lemal is co-producing.
