Currently before the cameras, Netflix’s biopic on comic legend Rudy Ray Moore titled “My Name is Dolemite”.
While star Eddie Murphy (playing Moore) seems to be somewhat camera shy, many of his co-stars – including Wesley Snipes – have been posing for various pics from the set, dressed to the nines as their respective characters.
“My Name is Dolemite” tells the real life story of the irreverent Rudy Ray Moore, a “larger than life” comedian, musician, singer, actor, and film producer in the 1970’s. When he couldn’t get work in Hollywood, he simply created his own – including the most well-known Blaxploitation film of all time, ”Dolemite”. Craig Brewer directs.
