Warner Premiere re-shooting scenes for the sequel, for Sam!
Some fuckin’ good news coming down the wire this evening – especially if you’re a fan of Joel Schumacher’s glam-vamp offering “The Lost Boys”.
Corey Haim is returning for “The Lost Boys 2 : The Tribe” after all, says Shock Til You Drop!
Who the fuck ever thought we’d get excited over Corey Haim doing a movie? But shit, it just wouldn’t be “The Lost Boys” without Sam.
You’ll recall that originally Haim – whose character Sam Emerson was in the script – was forced to pull out of the film at the last minute. Some say it was because of insurance issues; some say it was because Haim didn’t like the fact that his role was no more than a glorified cameo, whilst others he was stopped at the Canadian border with some off-fruit and was forced to return to California. Whatever the case, Warner have decided it’s worth having Haim in the film after all – so they’ll shoot his scenes this month; despite the fact that the rest of the film is completed. Corey Feldman will also be involved in the re-shoots thus marking an on-screen feature reunion for the 80s icons…. the first time they’ve done a film together since, well, shit… whatever it was, I didn’t see it.
I’m pumped to see this movie…. don’t disapoint the ‘R’ man.
