BBC to remake Howard’s End

Kenneth Lonergan (“Gangs of New York,” “You Can Count on Me”) will pen a new adaptation of E.R Forster’s “Howard’s End” for the BBC, reports The Hollywood Reporter.

The four-part mini-series, beginning production in the Summer with Playground, City Entertainment and KippSterEntertainment producing, will reportedly “explore the changing landscape of social and class divisions in turn-of-the-century England through the prism of three families.”

No word on casting yet.
