A couple of days back we ran a bit on Amy Smart and Ryan Kwanten’s anointment over on “7500”, a new airplane-set thriller from director Takashi Shimizu (”The Grudge”).
CBS Films tell us they’ve added another name to the cast of good looking barney’s and betty’s – the adorable Leslie Bibb.
Bibb’s best known to TV audiences for her work on “Popular” but has gone onto star in such films as “See Spot Run”, “Talladega Nights : The Ballad of Ricky Bobby” and the “Iron Man” films.
The film, rewritten by “Lost” alum Craig Rosenberg, concerns a group of passengers who encounter what appears to be a supernatural force while on a transpacific flight.
Kwanten and Smart will co-star as married couple Brad and Pia Martin, who board Vista Pacific Flight 7500 with their two longtime friends for a trip to Japan. Bibb is set to play Laura Baxter, a stewardess on the transpacific liner, who is involved in a complicated and secret relationship.
Additional casting news is expected shortly.
