Though previous reports suggested Robert Downey Jr’s Tony Stark would only appear in Marvel’s hero-ensemble fare (like this week’s “Captain America : Civil War”) from here on out, the actor himself says there’s a chance he might do one more solo “Iron Man” movie in the future.
Asked by Nightline whether or not an “Iron Man 4” might be something he’d be interested in, the actor said “[I feel] like I could do one more.”
Downey is expected to first appear in the next two “Avengers” movies, as well as “Spider-Man : Homecoming”.
