Jackie Chan is in final talks with STX Entertainment to star in action thriller “The Foreigner”.
Nick Cassavetes (“The Notebook”) is also in talks to direct.
The film is based on Stephen Leather’s novel “The Chinaman”, about a restaurant owner in London’s Chinatown who is tracking down a group of Irish terrorists responsible for the death of his daughter.
Production is likely to kick off in October.
