Following the loss of director Louis Leterrier earlier this month, shark pic “In The Deep” may have found a new helmer.
Deadline reports that Jaume Collet-Serra is circling the film about a young woman who gets stranded 20 yards off shore on a buoy when surfing on an isolated beach. Of course, a huge great white shark stands between her and the shore.
Tony Jaswinski penned the scep script. Lynn Harris and Matti Leshem will produce.
