Jennifer Lawrence, Francis Lawrence reunite for The Dive

Jennifer Lawrence will reunite with “Hunger Games” (2,3 & 4) director Francis Lawrence for “The Dive”, according to The Wrap.

Produced by James Cameron, the film will feature Lawrence as Audrey Mestre, a woman who, with husband Francisco “Pipin” Ferraras, practiced “freediving,” a form of diving without the use of a breathing apparatus. Mestre died while attempting to beat her own record by diving more than 555.7 feet using a single breath.

After she passed, Mestre’s husband attempted her wife’s dive, achieving what she was unable to do – James Cameron filmed it.
