In the original animated series, Stockman was responsible for creating the robotic Mousers – which Shredder would later borrow for his own evil doings – that were used to destroy sewer rats.
Perry joins Stephen Amell, Megan Fox, and Will Arnett in the David Green-directed film.
Production begins next month.
